Integration Assistance

Support children and adolescents with special needs on their way to greater independence — as part of our interdisciplinary team.

Our outpatient integration assistance supports children, adolescents and young adults with disabilities or imminent disabilities in accordance with SGB IX. The goal of our work is to enable participation and greater independence in everyday life — always in close coordination with the families.

Your responsibilities

  • Individual support of children and adolescents with special needs
  • Creating and implementing support and participation plans
  • Cooperation with families, schools, authorities and therapists
  • Documentation and reporting to funding bodies
  • Contributing to the further development of our services

You will join an interdisciplinary team with regular exchange and supervision. We take time for thorough onboarding and adapt the working hours to your life situation.

Your profile

  • Completed degree in social pedagogy, social work or comparable
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities desirable
  • Knowledge of SGB IX and SGB VIII an advantage
  • Empathy, resilience and solution-oriented thinking
