You love working with children and want to play an active part in shaping their day? We are looking for a dedicated professional for our Drachenhöhle day-care centre.
The Drachenhöhle day-care centre in Berlin-Weißensee is a place where children grow up in a loving, stimulating environment. Our pedagogical concept puts each child’s individuality first: we accompany children as they explore their world independently and develop their personality freely.
Your responsibilities
- Caring support and individual encouragement of children in everyday KiTa life
- Planning and running educational activities based on the Berlin education programme
- Observing and documenting each child’s development
- Trusting cooperation with families (educational partnership)
- Helping shape celebrations, projects and excursions
You will work in a small, warm-hearted team that supports each other and is encouraged to try new things. Your own ideas and focus areas — music, movement, nature or creative work — are expressly welcome.
Your profile
- State-certified educator or comparable pedagogical qualification
- Enjoyment of working with children aged 1–6
- Team spirit, empathy and creativity
- Knowledge of the Berlin education programme an advantage
